Due to recently announced lockdown restrictions, until further notice, we will be offering shop work by appointment or drop off only.

IN SHOP APPOINTMENT

Please call our office at 905-878-5080 to schedule a time with an in-shop technician.

A mask or a face covering is required at all times when entering our store. (For those unable to wear a mask or face covering due to health exemptions, we kindly ask that you refer to the “Drop Off’ section.)

For simple and quick tasks, you will be permitted to wait in a designated zone. Please be advised that if the tasks are complicated or lengthy, you may be asked to wait outside/in your car, or return to pick it up at a later time.

DROP OFF

For customers wishing to drop off items to be dealt with, there is a manila coloured drop box mounted to the wall at the front of our unit.

Please drop your item, along with your contact information inside the drop bin (keeping all of your items together in a zip lock bag is most ideal to avoid confusion or lost items).

Our drop bin will be checked once a day. Our technician will perform the tasks required (i.e. key cut, or rekey), and will call you to arrange pick up once completed.

Please note, we will do our best to get all drop off items completed as quickly as possible, but ask that you account for a weeks’ worth of time due to our limited staff availability.

If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, have been in contact with a probable or confirmed case of COVID-19, or if you have been out of the country in the last 14 days, we ask that you postpone your visit to our store.

While we will continue to provide mobile service, your patience as we navigate this new set of restrictions is appreciated as always.

Ways we are working to keep you safe while visiting our store:

In addition to performing daily self-assessments, our staff are required to wear masks at all times while in common office spaces.

We have installed a plexi-glass barricade at the front of our showroom, for the protection of our customers and staff.

Our staff members wear single-use gloves while dealing with customers; they are discarded after each use, and a fresh pair are worn for each customer.

Our staff members sterilize high touch surfaces after each customer, and a thorough clean and sterilization is performed at the close of every business day.

At Aim Lock & Safe, the health and safety of our customers and employees is top priority.

We are continuing to follow federal, provincial and municipal guidelines, and are doing everything we can to help keep our community safe during these uncertain times.

We will be continuing to follow guidelines set forth by Public Health and the Office of the Ontario Chief Medical Officer of Health to ensure the safety of our on-call technicians as well as our customers.

To help ensure the safety of our technicians, we kindly ask you to observe the following:

• Please refrain from booking any emergency calls and cancel any existing appointments if you have COVID-19, are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, have been in contact with a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19 or if you have been out of the country within the last 14 days.
• Please wear a mask or face covering at all times while interacting with one of our technicians on site.  If you are unable to do so due to health exemptions, we ask that you maintain 6-feet between yourself and our service technician.
• For the foreseeable future, we will not be collecting work order sign-offs, using customer phones or devices for checking in or out, or performing any other similar activities in order to limit touch contact.
• Additionally, our technicians will only be providing electronic copies of receipts or invoices, in order to avoid any unnecessary risk of exposure.

For the health and safety of all of our staff and customers, our technicians have been instructed to leave site immediately should they feel unsafe or at risk at any time.

Our hours are Monday to Friday – 8:30 AM to 4:40 PM.
Everyone who enters the store must be wearing a mask. We are limiting the number of people who are allowed to be at the front to one; there is no waiting area available.
